Fishing boat gets fresh look with refinished wood trim.

 Last summer season this client had me install a marine grade receiver and four speakers into his fishing boat.  The family enjoyed the boat for the summer season.  At the end of the season I was asked to refinish the wood.  The old wood was prone to splinters due to its age.

All the wood pieces were removed from the boat and sanded to a smooth finish.  After a new coat of stain was applied the wood pieces then got multiple coats of polyurethane and more sanding.  After all the wood trim was finished it was then reinstalled onto the boat with new hardware.

      The new finish on the wood really “pops”, and gives the  boat a like new look and feel.
